1- Eligibility

1. The contest is open to all individuals who are residents of India and are registered on selsmart.in with their valid details.
2. Employees of Selsmart, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2- Contest Period

1. The contest will begin on 18th December 2024 and end on 5th January 2025 at 11:59 PM IST. Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.

3- How to Enter
To participate in the contest, participants must:

1. Follow the official Selsmart Instagram page (@selsmart_).
2. Post a story in video form on Instagram tagging @selsmart_, sharing the services they like the most about Selsmart, and mentioning any new e-waste category or features they would like to see added to the website.
3. Use the hashtag #SelsmartGiveaway in story.
4. The account must be public for the story to be visible to the organizers.

4- Winner Selection

1. Ten (10) lucky winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants who have followed the required steps.
2. The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message on or before 10th January 2025.
3. The winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the given time frame, an alternate winner will be selected.

5- Prizes

1. Each of the 10 winners will receive an Amazon shopping voucher worth INR 200.
2. The voucher will be delivered digitally to the winner's registered email address.
3. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.

6- General Terms

1. By entering the contest, participants grant Selsmart permission to use their submitted content (stories) for marketing, promotional, and other purposes related to the contest without further compensation.
2. The winners may be required to provide proof of identity to claim their prize.
3. Participants must ensure that their Instagram account is set to public and that the content is visible during the contest period.
4. Selsmart reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of multiple accounts or bots to increase chances of winning.
5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or any technical issue, Selsmart reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.

7- Privacy Policy

1. Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the contest, and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
2. By entering the contest, participants agree to Selsmart’s Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on the Selsmart.in website.

8- Limitation of Liability

1. Selsmart is not responsible for any lost, late, or undelivered entries, or for any technical issues that may affect the ability to participate or claim the prize.
2. By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Selsmart, its affiliates, and its employees from any and all liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
