E-waste encompasses End-of-life information technology and telecommunication (IT & Telecom) equipment: This includes centralized data processing systems, mainframes, minicomputers, personal computers, laptops, printers, user terminals, and cellular phones. It also includes End-of-life consumer electronics: This includes television sets, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, and fluorescent lamps (and other mercury-containing lamps).
